Take a trip to the Old Block Underground Cellar at St Hallett Winery for a unique tasting with this premium and intimate experience. Delve into the nuances of terroir as you are guided through a tasting of four of St Hallett's best wines. This tasting gives you the opportunity to enjoy a more in depth and exclusive look at the single vineyard Shiraz and how the influence of climate, elevation and soil types steer the personalities of each individual wine. You will then be treated to museum single vineyard releases which include Dawkins, Mattschoss and Scholz Single Vineyard Shiraz. Finish off the tasting with the flagship wine, The Old Block Shiraz which is the culmination of the two valleys. Throughout the experience, graze on the delicious produce from the Barossa Regional Platter to share between all guests.
