Using exclusive in-house recipes and locally sourced ingredients, you’ll create two bespoke cocktails with our signature Spirits and Liqueurs. But this is more than a class—it’s an immersive experience that deepens your appreciation of mixology.
Explore advanced techniques like smoker infusions to impart rich, smoky aromas and flavour complexity, and learn the art of adding texture and flair with delicate flavoured foams. You’ll also master rapid flavor infusions using a cream dispenser, unlocking the ability to create layered, complex cocktails in minutes. Finish your session by savouring your creations alongside a gourmet cheeseboard—a fitting conclusion to your mixology journey.
