Restrictions

You can’t complete any experiences if you are pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol. As our experiences involve some muscle jarring, increased heart rate and high G-forces, we recommend you seek medical advice prior to participation if you have any health concerns.

Guidelines

An Indemnity form will need to be completed by the participant in the experience. ( https://fastrackexperiences.com.au/indemnity-form/ )

Drives: You need to be within the height range of 152 cm to 194 cm with max weight below 130kg. * Hot Lap Rides: You need to be within the height range of 135 cm to 194 cm with max weight below 130kg.

No refunds will be offered on any purchased experiences. However, vouchers and bookings are transferrable – in the case of transfers, the original purchaser must provide notification of who the voucher will be given to before the booking or voucher expires. No refunds will be offered on expired bookings or vouchers.

If for any reason your selected venue you purchased your experience for was withdrawn, we would make our best efforts to provide your experience through an alternate venue; if this is not suitable, you can obtain a refund once the voucher is sent back and received by Fastrack Experience office.

Cancellation

• If you need to change your booking within 14 days or less before your event day, the following fees will apply:
• Bookings changed between 8-14 days of the experience date will incur a $30 re-booking fee
• Bookings changed within 7 days of the experience date will incur a $50 re-booking fee
• No refunds will be offered on any purchased experiences. However, vouchers and bookings are transferrable – in the case of transfers, the original purchaser must provide notification of who the voucher will be given to before the booking or voucher expires. No refunds will be offered on expired bookings or vouchers.
• Failure to give notice or un-attendance: In the event that you redeem a voucher “convert to a booking” and you do not attend the experience date, or choose not to participate in your experience will result in your booking being unusable for any future bookings and the redemption period being void. This is due to Fastrack Experiences bearing the cost to prepare and provide your experience irrespective of your un-attendance or non-participation.

Spectators

Friends and family are welcome to come along and share your experience at no additional fee. There is plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue.

Weather

Your Fastrack V8 Race experience is weather dependent. If it’s raining before you leave home, please call our weather check number on 0412 018 035 for a recording with the latest track and weather conditions. If a total or partial rainout does occur, your booking will automatically be turned into a gift voucher and will be emailed to you. If you need to make any changes to your date, please call on 1800 887 223.

Dress Code

Comfortable clothes – Please wear appropriate clothes for the weather. All customers will be provided with a fire-proof race suit and helmet. Footwear – Enclosed, appropriate shoes. Sneakers are acceptable just no open-toed shoes, heels, thongs, or “steel cap boots/shoes”.

Is there an age limit? Drives – No age limit, however, you need to hold a provisional or full car driver’s licence. * Rides – No age limit. Please refer to height restrictions for rides. * What are the sizing for race suits? The sizing is from x-small to 4XL. * The measurements for the 4XL suits are: Chest – 130cm, Waistline – 119cm, Hips – 130cm
