Join hosts on this four hour interactive Italian lunch cooking class that will transport you to the shores of Italy. All cooking teachers at Cucina Italiana Cooking School have been trained by Luciana Sampogna from the famous Simili Sisters School in Bologna and esteemed author of many cookbooks.
Learn from the experts as you envoke all of your senses to experience the touch, feel and smell of the food and Italian culture first hand while learning a new skill. Classes are held in a boutique cooking school custom designed in Marrickville. There are dedicated rooms with fully equipped workbenches to create a five course meal by hand. Dining is in a separate area where you will enjoy a meal after each dish is prepared.
