Embark on a culinary journey through the Middle East during this interactive cooking demonstration. Hosted by business owner and cookbook author Marwa Makool, you will soon realise why she is affectionately referred to as a food whisperer. During the demonstration, you will learn the tricks behind making some of her favourite middle eastern style BBQ foods. This class is a hands on experience, so roll up your sleeves and help prepare marinades, spice rubs, salads and much more! And the best part? You'll get to eat all the delicious food made after the class complemented with Lebanese coffee, tea and sweets. At the end of the class, see where all the magic happens as you're given a short tour of the store. Take home the recipes from the day so that you can master them yourself and cook up a storm for family and friends.
