Conquer one of Australia's most iconic treks during this six day expedition. With two expert mountain guides by your side, you will take on the Cradle Mountain Overland Track, passing by temperate rainforest, alpine moors, vivid blue lakes, towering peaks and majestic waterfalls.
Holding the status as Australia's premier alpine walk, the Cradle Mountain Overland Track is a 65km trek through the heart of the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, attracting keen hikers from across the globe. Immerse yourself in this world-renowned landscape over a six day expedition. Each day brings new places to explore with stunning scenery around every corner. Expect to meander through glacially carved valleys, ancient rainforests, fragrant eucalypt forests, golden buttongrass moorlands and magical alpine meadows. Over the course of the trek, you'll have the chance to tackle side trips like summiting Cradle Mountain and the island's highest peak, Mt Ossa. When night falls, you'll be camping under the star-dusted skies on the edges of historic huts, absorbing the remoteness of the region. With two expert mountain guides on hand, you won't miss a thing.

You need to be prepared for hot weather as well as cold/wet (maybe even on the same day). It is unpredictable especially in the alpine regions.
