You'll also visit the Birds Bay Oyster Farm on the Terranora Lakes, where the Sydney Rock Oysters are grown and shucked fresh daily. Back on shore at the Oyster Shed, you're invited to purchase freshly-shucked oysters prepared by the farm chef for a delicious lunch in an idyllic setting. It's a must-do when visiting the Tweed!
