Your morning begins with Uncle Warren's virtual Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony, offering insights into Wonnarua history and culture. Next you'll explore Tulloch Wines' four-generation legacy through a sparkling wine tasting featuring Vineyard Selection Cuvée, Cellar Door Release Prosecco, and Verscato. You'll enjoy a shared brunch board showcasing indigenous flavours such as scones with Kakadu Plum jam, smoked salmon with lemon myrtle labna, hummus with saltbush macadamia dukkah, and cheese with bush tomato relish.
For families, experiences can be tailored to ensure everyone can enjoy their visit. A Junior Experience, designed for children aged 3-12 years, includes a Wonnarua-themed activity pack, soft drinks, and nut-free snacks. Teens and non-drinkers aged 13-17 can indulge in a Teen Experience, featuring a selection of Mailer McGuire Kombuchas paired with local cheese.
