Take in all the stunning hues of sunrise as you cruise along the Corroboree Billabong. Witness an overabundance of bird life put on their morning spectacle as you hum down, with the chance to spot saltwater crocs creeping in the shallows.
Situated only 90 minutes drive from Darwin, the Corroboree Billabong is part of the beautiful Mary River Wetlands and is a place where wildlife thrives. The Billabong is home to a large abundance of birdlife boasting all colours of the spectrum, including white-bellied sea eagles, black neck storks, jacanas, herons, honeyeaters, flycatchers and more. At sunrise, the morning activity of these winged creatures is buzzing, making it the perfect cruise to witness the spectacle. The Billabong also houses the largest concentration of saltwater crocodiles in the world, however due to water temperatures at this time, the crocs will most likely be in the water rather than basking on the shores.
Your knowledgeable guide will educate you about the wildlife and show you the best spots that the Billabong has to offer, with amazing photo opportunities along the way.

Participants who do not wish to drive on an unsealed road to the cruise departure point, the experience provider offers a shuttle service from Corroboree Tavern that meets all cruises. The shuttle departs 30 minutes prior to the cruise times and costs an additional $10/Adult and $5/Child return. Please contact the provider directly.
This experience runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 29 participants.
