All connoisseurs and the whisky-curious are invited to Manly Spirits for a behind-the-scenes tour of their whisky distillery. Your friendly and knowledgeable guide will showcase how they make their single malt whisky, from mashing the barley and fermentation to distilling and barrel maturation. You'll then enjoy a whisky masterclass where you'll sip and compare four different whiskies from different style casks and maturation, with one being tapped straight from the barrel. Let the flavours linger in your mouth and compare notes with each other and your spirit guide. On the day of your visit, you'll be given an exclusive discount to use on any purchases of gin, liqueurs or botanical vodka.
