Get ready to experience the raging torrents of the Yarra River from your two-person inflatable raft. Challenge yourself as you paddle down the white water rapids, and don't forget to take in the beautiful bushland surroundings as pass through valleys, gorges and stunning scenery.
Get ready to turn up the adventure with an unforgettably fun white water rafting adventure on the Yarra River! The experienced team will kit you out with the latest gear and raft, and then it's up to two fantastic adrenaline-packed hours on grade two rapids with boiling whitewater and fun waves to paddle over. This rafting adventure is guaranteed to get the heart pumping with fourteen rapids to negotiate, but don't forget to take a moment and soak in the beautiful surrounds of the Yarra bushland. You may even spot some wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and an array of bird life along the way.
Maximum weight limit of 120kg per person. Must be eight years of age or older to participate and be supervised by an adult. Kids under 16 years only $10. One $10 child with every paying adult. Adults with more than one child will be charged at the adult rate.
Our re-booking fees are priced at $30pp if your booking is scheduled within 7 days of you contacting us, or $15pp if your booking is outside of the 7 day policy. Rebooking your session is entirely at our discretion. Rebooking fees are also applicable to under 16's.
Minimum of 6 participants are needed for this experience to go ahead. Please note that participants will be contacted by the experience provider direct to reschedule if minimum numbers have not been reached.
In the event of bad weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider. If your experience is cancelled you will be rescheduled by the provider. It will not be cancelled because of rain, high water levels just enhances the experience!
You must wear closed toed footwear, you cannot wear thongs, sandals or bare feet. You will get wet from at least the waist down! So please dress to get wet. It is recommended you wear warm clothing in colder months. Do not wear cotton or jeans in winter as this will make you cold if wet. Shorts and t-shirts are fine for summer months.
The water level is lower in summer months which makes the paddling more technical and the rapids easier. For a wild ride come in winter or spring. The rapids change considerably at different water levels, more rain equals higher water levels and bigger rapids.
