After a private behind-the-scenes winery tour, you will sit down with a member of the Tyrrell's team for a six vintage vertical tasting of their flagship Winemaker's Selection Vat 1 Semillon, one of Australia's most revered white wines. You will experience and learn about the benefits of patient bottle ageing that transforms this un-oaked wine into something marvellous with each sip. The tasting is complemented with a selection of cheese to help bring out the flavour notes.
