Master Chocolatier Deniz Karaca (as seen on Masterchef) has used careful blending of cocoa in their small batch stone-ground chocolate making to pair exquisitely well with wines. Partnering with Cuvee Chocolate, Katnook Estate have selected and paired four of their best matched wines for you to enjoy alongside these decadent chocolates. The matched wines include the N/V Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot, the Estate Chardonnay, the Estate Shiraz and the Estate Cabernet.
